TIME TO GLOW with Sukin Organics and Harlotte Cosmetics

Let’s get glowing!

This year Sukin Organics and Harlotte Cosmetics are official partners for Fashfest 2017.

I’ve been lucky enough to be a makeup artist at this year’s event, and I was so excited that these companies were on board . I’ve always used Sukin Organics, I have sensitive skin that is prone to acne. My younger sister Alison also uses Sukin. Although her skin isn’t as prone to breakouts as mine, it is also quite sensitive.

All of Sukin’s products are:

  • 100% Vegan
  • 100% Carbon Neutral
  • Australian Owned and Made
  • No Animal Testing

I use their Charcoal based facial scrub a few times a week, and the Micellar Cleansing Water on a daily basis. The Micellar Cleansing Water removes all my makeup in a few simple strokes of the cotton bud, and I know that the cucumber and camomile help to smooth over my acne prone/combination skin.

This week I also started using the Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser at night before bed. This soothing cream is enhanced with kale, spirulina and parsley, and contains antioxidant rich acai and goji extract to maintain hydration and promote healthy skin of any type. I have found that over the past week it has maintained the moisture in my skin, especially on those dry and windy winter days.

As for Harlotte Cosmetics, I was not aware of them until Diana Cheetham (Director of Makeup Fashfest 2017) introduced them to me during a workshop earlier this year. And thank goodness she did – I’m hooked. After the workshop with Diana I went online and bought myself their Afterglow Foundation, which I have already run out of, and I have recently started using their Lipstick in Topless, a nude caramel tone which is perfect for everyday.

I also had the chance to try on a few samples of the Liquid Lips range, my favourite being the ‘Betty Diddit‘ shade. Harlotte Cosmetics are also the official makeup suppliers for The Bachelor – so if you’ve seen any gorgeous glam makeup looks on the series you loved, you can now find the very same products that they used at  www.harlotte.com.au

I can not wait to see what looks I’ll be creating with the guidance of Diana at this year’s Fashfest! Any one who is as makeup obsessed as I am will understand my excitement…
